HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?

Dates are reserved once the $250 non-refundable booking fee is submitted through our online booking system.

All event bookings and deposits are handled online.

WHAT IS THE RENTAL FEE?

The weekday (Monday-Thursday) rental fee is $350 for 6 hours.

The weekend morning (Saturday - Sunday) rental fee is $350 for 4 hours (9AM - 1PM only). Additional time available at $75/hour only if no evening event is scheduled

The weekend evening (Friday - Sunday) rental fee is $600 for 6 hours. One (1) additional hour available at $50/hour if approved and paid in advance.

$250 non-refundable booking fee required to reserve your date. (Applied toward your total rental fee) 

*Note, the rental fee is subject to change based upon holidays and seasonal events.

WHAT COMES WITH THE SPACE?

The rental rate includes the use of the entire space, wireless internet, white folding chairs, and a variety of round and rectangle tables. All rental times include setup, event time, and breakdown.

If you would like event decor, we offer customized event packages. Also, table linens, chair covers, projector and screen, are available for an additional costs.

IS THE BOOKING FEE REFUNDABLE?

No. The booking fee secures your date and is applied toward your total rental cost.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SET-UP & BREAKDOWN?

Set-up and breakdown is the sole responsibility of the client. This includes cleaning kitchen counters and appliances, restrooms, removing decorations, food, and all trash.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERER?

Yes. In order to accommodate an array of preferences and budgets, we allow outside caterers. However, we do not have a commercial kitchen and cooking is not allowed.

Blu Place assumes no responsibility of liability for equipment and services provided by a third party, including the condition, safety, or return of equipment brought on site or rented from a third-party vendor, nor will Blu Place staff set-up or breakdown such equipment. 

HOW CAN THE VENUE BE DECORATED?

We welcome decorations such as flowers, balloons, lighting, etc. Decorations must be table-top or free standing only. Due to the age of the building, we do not allow anything to be applied to the interior or exterior walls.
